Phantom Suites, Playa del Carmen

I enjoyed my stay at Phantom Suites, as the location was perfect for me—close to the center but not too noisy. However, the comfort level was lacking, with thin walls and a hard bed making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The amenities were nice, and I appreciated the spacious layout of the suite, but there were some cleanliness issues that stood out to me.
